I'm Amy Rose, the ultimate lazy girl. I like to be a high achiever with the least amount of effort needed to do so, but would also like to be crowned the hardest and best worker of them all. I guess you could say that I want the cake, and I really want to eat it too.

I started this blog based around my first business, Centralised which I successfully ran for the 18 months I lived in Melbourne (the greatest city in the world, FYI). I was writing blogs to educate and engage clients & my massive social media following (300ppl NBD) on the topics that interested me - health & fitness. 

 

Now, I have a new interest. Success.
